KARA MARINO, LPC, CMHC
OWNER & THERAPIST
Hi! I’m Kara—a therapist, mom, wife, and practice owner who understands what it’s like to carry a lot at once. I’ve navigated my own experiences with ADHD, postpartum transitions, anxiety, and the ongoing work of balancing family and career. Those lived experiences shape the way I show up in the therapy room: with empathy, authenticity, and zero judgment.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, and the complexities of motherhood. My approach is practical and compassionate, blending evidence-based tools with the kind of support that helps you feel seen and grounded. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, take a breath, and explore what you need—whether that’s clarity, coping strategies, or a deeper sense of self-trust. Together, we’ll move through what’s heavy and work toward a life that feels more aligned and manageable. Together, we’ll navigate the highs and lows, work through challenges, and celebrate breakthroughs. I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you, with the belief that no matter how deep the valley, there’s always a peak in sight.
